If the recipient is not happy for any reason with the Big Life Treat you have purchased, you can request for a refund of the value of the Big Life Treat bought either in cash form or Big Life Treats Credits. Any cash refund will be paid at our discretion either through bank cheque or interbank transfer only. This Guarantee is only valid if the refund is requested within the first seven days starting from the following day of the purchase of the Big Life Treat. After the stated seven days, all Big Life Treats bought are non-refundable and not exchangeable/redeemable for cash. This Guarantee does not apply to any packaging items, add-ons, delivery option and fees in your order. If you have used any Big Life Treats Credits in your purchase, you will get a cash refund minus the amount of Big Life Treats Credits that you used. The Big Life Treats Credits used in the purchase will be refunded back into your Big Life Treats Credit account (up to the value of the Big Life Treat bought). For example: Consider a $118 order made up of a $88 Big Life Treat and $20 in other options that is paid with $110 cash and $8 credit. A Big Life Smile Guarantee refund will refund the $88 Big Life Treat only. The refund will be through $80 in cash (cheque or interbank transfer) and $8 in credit refunded to your Big Life Treats Credit account. |
